Where is the Studio & where can I park?

We're at 32 Townshend Road, Subiaco.

Click here for more information on how to find us and where to park.

I'm new – where should I start?

New to Ditto? There are two great ways to begin, depending on how you want to move.

Curious about Heated Mat? Start with Form – focused, accessible, and grounding.

Prefer Reformer? Beginner is the place to begin.

Both classes prioritise strong foundations, control, and confidence-building.

Should I arrive early for my first class?

Yes! We recommend arriving 10 minutes early so you can get familiar with the studio, meet your instructor, and receive a quick run-through of the equipment.

What should I bring?

For all classes, bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Reformer sessions require grip socks, and Heated Mat classes require a sweat towel.

If you forget anything, Ditto Club socks and towels are available for purchase in-studio.

INJURIES, PREGNANCY & COMFORT

I have an injury – can I still attend?

We recommend checking with your GP or physio first, and if you're cleared, please speak with our team before class so we can offer appropriate modifications.

For some injuries, starting with a 1:1 private session may be the safest option. Email hello@ditto.club to book.

Can I attend while pregnant?

Beginner and Intermediate Reformer classes are suitable for participants up to 14 weeks of pregnancy, provided you have medical clearance. Please email your clearance to hello@ditto.club prior to attending class.

Due to elevated temperatures of 28–32°C, Heated Mat classes are not recommended during pregnancy.

For post-natal clients, attendance is only permitted after receiving your 6-week medical clearance, and we ask that you inform your instructor before class.

I've never done Pilates – should I do a group class or private first?

Most new clients feel comfortable starting in a Beginner Reformer class or Form Heated Mat class.

In every session, exercises are layered, and instructors provide modifications as needed to ensure everyone can move safely and confidently.

If you'd like extra guidance, are returning from injury, or are pregnant, a 1:1 private session is a gentle and supportive way to ease in. Email hello@ditto.club to book.

Is there a minimum age to attend classes?

Yes. Ditto Club classes are for clients aged 16 and over.

Clients aged 16–17 must have a parent or guardian's consent, emailed to hello@ditto.club before attending.

CLASSES, WAITLISTS & CANCELLATIONS

My class is full – what can I do?

You can join the waitlist via the app as you would normally book a class.

If a spot opens, you'll be notified via SMS and in-app notification, with 2 hours to accept your place.

If you decline or don't respond, the spot passes to the next client.

Confirming your place within the 2 hour window will trigger a confirmation notification in app.

I'm running late – can I still join?

All classes include a structured warm-up. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your instructor may not allow you to join.

If it's your first-ever class, you will not be admitted. Your safety is our priority.

I can't make my class – can I get a refund?

We have an 8-hour cancellation policy. Please cancel at least 8 hours before class via the Ditto Club app or website.

Late cancellations will forfeit the class credit (with a $10 fee for Unlimited members), and no-shows will forfeit the credit (with a $15 fee for unlimited members).

All charges are processed automatically through Hapana.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

Phones

Ditto is a phone-silent studio. Please switch your phone to silent and store it away before class so everyone can stay focused and present.

Leaving class early

We understand that, on occasion, clients may need to leave a class early. If this is the case, please let your instructor know before the session begins.

Wherever possible, we ask that clients commit to the full duration of class, as leaving early can disrupt others during the wind-down.

We aim to keep the space respectful and considered for everyone.

Water station etiquette

A filtered water refill station is located in the Reformer room.

If you're attending a Mat class, we recommend filling your bottle beforehand. Alternatively, we request that you wait until the Reformer session has finished before entering that space.
