Heated Mat

Our Heated Mat classes combine precision, rhythm, and challenge to build strength, increase mobility, and help you reconnect with your body. For beginners, seasoned movers, and everyone in between.

Due to the elevated room temperature (ranging between 28–32°C) our Heated Mat classes are not suitable for pregnancy.

3Pete

Three blocks. Two rounds. One serious burn.

A progressive, full-body workout that builds strength, stamina, and control through deliberate repetition.

3Pete is structured into three blocks. Each block features six different functional movements, performed in timed intervals (45 seconds on, 15 seconds off), then repeated for a second round before progressing.

Every round refines your movement and reinforces results, because when it comes to progress, repetition is everything.

Stretch

Recovery, redefined.

Fluid movement meets mindful mobility for the ultimate reset.

Equal parts recovery and ritual, this is space to soften, lengthen, and restore, because intention belongs in rest just as much as in effort.

Mums & Minis (Non-Heated)

A gentle return, designed for you.

Mums & Minis is a slow, supportive introduction back into movement – a space to reconnect with your body.

Focused on intentional, low-impact movement, this class rebuilds strength, stability, and confidence at your own pace. Every exercise is guided with care, with an emphasis on alignment and control – the foundations that help you feel strong again.

Expect a nurturing environment, with 60-minute sessions to allow space for interruptions, rest, cuddles and cries. This is your time to move, reset, and be supported – with your mini by your side.

Medical clearance is required prior to attending. This class is not heated.

Reformer

Full-body, flow-forward reformer with intelligent sequencing for every level. Expect purposeful movement, considered progression, and the playful energy that makes Ditto Club unmistakably ours.

Our Beginner & Intermediate classes are suitable for all, including pregnant clients up to 14 weeks with medical clearance. Our Advanced class is for experienced movers ready to level up and not suitable for pregnancy or clients with existing injuries.
